Although it's pretty impressive to see people invest in projects on Kickstarter, I would much rather see people donate to causes that make the world a better place.

They did it! Over there Goal as of now. Still 48 hours left to maybe hit the Xbox and Ocular Rift goals!

Donating money won't make the world a better place, education might.
