Target is selling the 8GB Wii U console for $239.99. At that price, I decided to spring for one. I don't see myself getting a Xbox One (what kind of name is that?!) or PS4 for a few years. The website lists this, but in stores it does not. However, my local Target did price match their website.
I would consider it at $199/$250 with a retail game included. To me it's just an Xbox 360 or PS3 with no games.

I think currently my ideal pricepoint for picking a WiiU up will probably be around 200$, with like, two full retail games and a couple of downloadable games.
i've seen a few used black deluxe wii u systems locally for $240 in the past couple months, but i'm not really interested in buying one at the moment. maybe in a couple years if there's a decent selection of games for it by then.
I'm just not really wanting to get a new system right now and if I do get another system i'd rather go buy a pc engine duo-rx for that kind of money and enjoy one of the classic systems I missed out on during the 90s.
Word, to me a duo rx is a much better use of the same amount of money.Quote:

Can't justify the price... yet. It's gonna be a long time before I'm on board with anything next gen it seems. I was about 4 years late to current gen, probably be that way again.
