I never read his name as "17 days older than nes", I always read it as Solder Thannes.

I found 17days amusing. I can understand why some would find him offensive, but he always made for some lively threads.

This thread has given me reason to 2nd base 27yr old women again!

And I do believe he was banned because his helpfulness couldn't outweigh his desire to be a Grade A douchebag.

And yes I'm mostly saying that because he called my wife a slut.

The way I saw it as well.
He overstepped his bounds, no doubt there, but he was kind of amusing/funny and entertaining.

Yeah, I always saw it as "17 Day Solder Thannes". :lol: I thought that until someone mockingly mentioned how he was "older than the NES", then I took another look at his username.

I did learn from him that the iphone has a pharomone app. That and how to burn Dreamcast isos

Yep.

He also routinely made up quotes from other forum members that were inaccurate and posted them in his signature. Somehow, he seemed to believe that if he bluffed enough with his engineering knowledge, people would not question him on anything. I wasn't shocked when he got banned.

Hmmm maybe I missed a lot of his posts then, I do remember the phone and something about a girl....

He "engineered" that name. Ironically all his threads seemed to become train wrecks.

I always think of him as the guy that had a bunch of 15 yearolds chasing him around town who were going to kick his ass.

I would liken him to a court jester who enjoyed being pummeled by rotten apples! He was definitely a source of entertainment! :P

iPad gaming is, indeed, awesome. But no more so than gaming on my old iPod Touch 4(iOS), my Samsung Galaxy S3(Android), or my Wife's LG Spirit (Android). In other words, I'm so glad I'm over Apple (and it didn't take much, btw;))

I would have forgiven if he would have just said "sorry about that bro" or even just plain "sorry dude". But he forgot to take his prescribed anti-douchebag shot, and simply said some shit like "lol, I was joking".
