VG industry is crazy, Nintendo saves industry everybody expressed delight, Nintendo monopolized industry everybody screamed evil, Sega and Nintendo have the best duke out ever for years, Nintendo backdeals with Philips and Sony, Philips goes away and Sony vows to crush Nintendo (but helped kill Sega, who they had business with once) fast foward once Microsoft and Sony dominate market, Nintendo uses it's once biggest rival to help bring exclusives to it's console, a game idea (and others) that fell through with Saturn (Both Saturn and N64 were left in PS1 dust) perhaps increasing WiiU sales ? Does Sega need to ask the engineer of Sonic Xtreme permission to use this idea or has he participated or, no legal issues right, I mean the guy could have a case ?
The industry is completely surreal right now. We'll see what Nintendo has to offer. All I can ask of them is to do Sega justice. Honor one of your old rivals.
I wish Atari US (formerly a division a Atari France used to be Atari new from Infrogames from Midway from Warner Interactive from split Atari Computers and Atari games) which I think has same CEO as original Atari Co-Ceo would makes games for these platforms too. Atari US made 70% of Atari France profits so it became it's own Company. If they can license Namcos Pacman, a joint Atari US, Nintendo, Sega, Namco and Nintendo - Pacman, Mario, Sonic, Donkey Kong + platformer would be crazy for WiiU. This is more off the wall than my Sonic Xtreme Sonic Lost Worlds prediction but hey that turned out true so.
Awesome! I think it's good that Lost Worlds is a Nintendo exclusive because the developers can focus on the hardware and hopefully put more fun stuff in. Very excited about the Xtreme elements as well, always liked the gravity shifting.
Is Nintendo really publishing this game?
