The remix of Knights of Legend from Thunder Force II included as a bonus track in Dragon's Fury is absolutely fantastic.

The best version of Balrog's stage song.
Sunsoft NES games from late in the console's lifespan use the DPCM channel to playback bass samples, resulting in a really unique sound. Gimmick! uses this trick to full effect, and adds a General Instruments AY-3-8910 sound chip, creating much deeper and richer music than any other game on the system, except maybe Lagrange Point.

I'm leaning towards the first remix a little more, but I wish it had the bass of the second remix.
My fascination with that guy lasted all of a couple of hours, then I saw all of the mainstream and only mainstream games he does and that he never even comes close to branching out. Where is my Technosoft acapella!?
