As long as Hornet is in it.
i tend to drift towards janet
Tekken followed by Virtua Fighter. Dead or Alive is in a distant last.
Battle Arena Toshinden, Dead or Alive, Tekken, then Virtua Fighter.
Virtua Fighter, Soul Calibur, and (too a slightly lesser degree) Mortal Kombat are the only 3D fighters that have managed to really occupy my time since 2000. So, Virtua Fighter is my pick out of the three.
....go back to your orbi threads with that nonsense please
there are already 3 of such threads we dont need another
I've been carrying Fighters Megamix since September 1997. I know all about its development and marketing purpose. First of all, Takashi Iizuka was the executive producer. He and AM2 designed most of the secret characters as a gag like "Hornet", "Deku" and "Punch Tree".(Iizuka even designed a model of himself that was planned as a joke in Fighting Vipers.)

It actually was designed as a contender against a Konami PS1 Fighting game that was being developed in America called "Kumite: The Fighters Edge".

Ironic because that game never saw light of day, and Fighters Megamix was released in the Spring of 1997 without any competition of any kind whatsoever in regards to Teen rated hand-to-hand graphic rich fighting games.
I'm a Pai player myself. Hornet is by far the most awkward character in a fighting game, ever. I just can't seem to do anything with him.
This thread is making me want to play some fighters Megamix. I've been playing a lot of real bout fatal fury special on NGCD, and my Saturn deserves attention...
to get anywhere with hornet you need to get rid of his armor
with out his armor he plays a lot more like mahler ( or tokyo one of the two )
and i am a sarah player myself personally
followed distantly by eileen and pai
wolf and jeffry are too much focused on throws and i suck at those
Probably Dead or Alive but if i had to pick the worst one it would be Tekken. First 2 Soul Calibur games are still the best 3D fighters for me with Mace The Dark Age being a close second.
^ first sould calibur and sould blade for me
the rest of the calibur series is arse
