Yeah I've got a 7000 series. Sometimes I need to take a dry q-tip to the laser but it otherwise works like a champ.
Ah! I was deep in Nintendo between 1992-1998. My first PlayStation was the little white PSone.

The reason I don't call it the PSX is because it makes me think of that funny Japanese only PSX DVR system thingy box. I also bought a grey PS1 not too long ago, but I'm not sure what model it is.Quote:

Sadly it doesn't play the sound from the games and it lacks support for quite a few mapper chips.
BUT it does allow you to play music CDs at 1x or 2x speed while playing them :J
