Killzone, Oddworld New 'n Tasty (for now), Resogun, Infamous, Basement Brawl.

Killzone is a terrible franchise with the most generic characters and story plots ever. So, I'm surprised you even put it on here lol. Oddworld is a timed exclusive, but like you said 'for now', I would take that off your list since its coming to every console under the sun. If I can't post Mario games, how can you post that? Resogun is fun but are you paying 400 dollars for a 10 dollar PSN game? Your hitting PSN for exclusives? I didn't even hit the eShop for Wii U. Damn well must be dry :). Really, Basement Crawl? I hope it isn't what you listed because... lol.
I totally agree with Infamous, the only game right now worth buying on PS4. Sadly, it isn't worth 400 dollars.
Killzone is a fun shooter. Basement Crawl I know isn't exactly the premier AAA title that people like to believe PS4 and Xbox One owners ruin their boxers over, but it's still fun. I mean believe it or not, Xbox One and PS4 owners actually like fun games and not just cutscenes too! Who would of thought!
Also I didn't say you couldn't name Mario games, Mario games are actually fun. I was just shocked that 4 out 7 worthwhile exclusives are in some way Mario titles... I mean franchise fatigue and all that? I don't even really hate the Wii U that much, my mate has one and the games can be quite fun at times, but Nintendo is in serious danger of running the well dry... didn't Luigi U collapse at the starting gate or something?
EDIT: Also lets not discredit eShop/XBLA/PSN. Just because a game is a digital download and not retail doesn't mean it's not excellent, some of the best games from the previous generation we're 'arcade' titles.
2 exclusives? Someone's not paying attention.
I guess you don't like resogun? This bickering is pointless. The WiiU has no third party support and the mainstream gamer would rather play COD, GTA V, or Madden over any WiiU game. Business is business. These facts cannot be refuted. The WiiU will never reach mainstream status and demand. Not everyone can afford a gaming PC. That's where the Xbone and PS4 come in. The WiiU is a last gen console that has an identity crisis. Think about it, most consumers will buy a PS4 or Xbone over a WiiU smash bros bundle come this Holiday season. All my kid's friends dont even care about the WiiU. All they want is an Xbone or PS4. I mentioned the WiiU to them and they actually laughed at me. Kids are supposed to be the Nintendo target audience and most of them don't even care. The fans are what's keeping the WiiU somewhat credible.
For what it's worth, yesterday my only Wii U owning friend wanted to buy a Pro controller, couldn't find one brand new in any store at all.
The guy in Game was like "Nintendo haven't even bothered shipping us any now for months"
One has to wonder how Steam Machines, should they ever ship, will impact PS4 and XBO sales.
Is competition ever a bad thing? Maybe it would light a fire under certain asses rather than the aloof attitude we seem to see from major gaming companies.
Next to Zero. Pretty much every steam machine that has been revealed, is inferior in almost all aspects to an equivalent custom build in it's range.
Botique PC builders are a niche for a reason. Those Margins aren't there for show. The Steam Machines if they even wanted a chance should have been out already(and even then they wouldn't do much). Now they are Deader than DOA.
That's one of the things about them that kinda gets me. I mean spec wise? Not really an issue in a lot of ways. Look at the MS/Sony consoles. They are just low end gaming systems. It's not hard to beat them spec wise.
But the advantage of a console is a completely homogenized environment. You know exactly what every single user will have with very minor differences (Hard drive capacity, internet connection, etc). Even when you put both consoles together, that's only two configurations to account for.
You have SteamOS which isn't a bad idea. But it's just going to play standard PC games... ok, so then the devs on board can build it for a specific set of hardware requirements... but they can't. You have all these different steamboxes that can be made, or you can make one yourself.
It really does nothing for PC gaming, it's not really any different than any other "gaming pc" released out there. It might as well be alienware or something.
That then leaves the steamos. And really, the only thing that might do is open up gaming to linux more... which I'd be all for, but not sure it's going to have the impact to really do it.
Have you actually tried it? It's actually pretty fun and enjoyable. It's just not Generations 2 like everyone was expecting it to be. It focuses more on platforming than speed. When you get over the fact it's not Generations 2 it's a pretty solid platformer and the DLC they've been putting out for it is pretty entertaining.
I've heard nothing but good things from people who have played ZombiU. The General consensus is that the people reviewing it had no idea what they were talking about. And I find it funny how people write off Pikmin 3 as bad or an overdone sequel when a few years back people were begging for a new Pikmin.
But if you need more solid exclusives there's these ones:
NintendoLand
Lego City Undercover
Nano Assault Neo
NES Remix 1 + 2
Wii Sports Club
So throwing in the 5 already mentioned above that's about 11 exclusive Wii U games that are not Mario related. If we throw in the Mario games we can add the following:
New Super Mario Bros. U + New Super Luigi DLC
Super Mario 3D World
Mario Kart 8 (Personally I don't see this as a Mario game, it's a stand alone franchise, but I'll throw it in here to make some of you happy).
So that's about 3 Mario titles if we stretch it. Really not a lot for you guys to be throwing fits over if they are mentioned in a list of good games but whatever. That's 14 good Wii U exclusives out right now with about 3 or 4 more due out by the end of the year. Now if you guys stop throwing fits and putting ridiculous restrictions on what games are allowed to be mentioned in a list of good Wii U games that list will get bigger. Right away I'd throw in that list Wind Waker HD and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate if I knew you guys wouldn't throw a fit about them.
Meanwhile what's there to exclusively play on the PS4 right now? There's Killzone Shadowfall, Knack, Resogun, Infamous Second Son, and...um... Basement Brawl? Seriously going down this list I can count only 6 Exlcusives that are out right now, and only about 4 are worthwhile it seems:

What does the Xbox One have right now? Crimson Dragon, Killer Instinct, and, um...Powerstar Golf? This is even worse than the PS4:

For comparison here is the Wii U list:

There are far more exclusives available for the WIi U than there are for the Xbox One or PS4.
Don't forget Titanfall, Rise, Dead Rising, and Forza. :)
But it's undeniable that the wii u has more games. Better? Subjective as always.
There's more I personally want to play on the XB1 than wii u or even the PS4 right now. But most of the xb1/ps4 games are interchangeable. As soon as you get one or the other, the system you didn't get loses the majority of its library of games worth getting.
TitanFall is available on PC and 360. Dead Rising and Ryse wont be exclusive much longer as they are getting PC ports. Though I did legitimately forget Forza.
What I meant was what would they do to the consoles if and when they are released. For a little more than a XBO/PS4, one would get a ready made build with superior specs to those consoles. As multiplats are apparently the main reason that folks buy consoles nowadays (let's be honest: if it were exclusives none of these consoles would be selling as well as they have, save perhaps for Nintendo's and even we see where relying on exclusives has gotten them), and as those multiplats would be superior on PC, including Steam Machines, one has to wonder what the impact would've been or would be (if they are released).
