Aah back in the day, I remember being a fan of both the Mega Drive and the NES/Snes, they were good times
except for that one annoying kid down the block, he'd always be ranting about how superior the Mega Drive was,
and he would always try to fight the kids who wouldn't accept his word as truth, so one day me and a couple
other kids decided we had enough, we all waited for him to come home from school and we kicked his ass!
one guy even brought his powerglove, hit him right in the nose with it!
then we went to my place and played Street Fighter II.

I rented Sonic CD in April of 1994. Loved it. And tried to get it, but being 11 and living with a Middle class Military father, we couldn't afford new games at the time.
Got SEGA Channel in June 1995. My step-dad thought it be a good investment seeing that some douche had swiped my SNES games and stole MK Genesis, I played it for 12 hours a day.
Again, got Saturn in August 1997. We had just transferred to Seattle,WA. My baby brother got Mega Man 8 and I got Sonic 3D Blast(I sold this piece of junk for Sonic Adventure.) later that year, I got Fighters Megamix,Daytona USA,VF2, Sega Rally, Virtua Cop, and for Christmas Sonic Jam.
I brought me a Dreamcast 2 months after launch on November 8,1999 at Gamecrazy.(I miss them so much *Sigh*) didn't get Soul Calibur and others until Christmas '99 as get well gifts from classmates and family for while I was in the hospital being treated for a life threatening illness.
I always liked Nintendo and Sega when I was a kid, I had a SNES and a Genesis. Had an NES for a short while, and the Genesis only for a few years though, so I had more exposure to the SNES. Unfortunately, my mom threw away the NES and gave away the Genesis. :( I still have my original SNES to this very day at least.
