Came across a seller on ebay (should I name the seller???) who sells sega genesis and CD games separately from the box and manual. To get the manual and box its an extra dollar each! Thats disgusting to destroy the completeness of a collectable item buy selling it in bits. Of course there will some buyers who will buy just the cartridge....meaning one less complete genesis game for others to collect in the future.

And if you don't like the way the guy does business then just wait and buy from someone else. I hate sellers who charge $10 shipping to pad out the price of their item so I take my potential business elsewhere.
I can't say I blame him. Money is nice to have.
We should bid 1 cent as "Best Offer" on all of his auctions to pay back for his anti-gamecollector business.

Yeah nes4less. I actually bought a pair of those shielding plates from him. Didn't realise he sold games like that back then, as I wasn't looking from games. Now that I think about it, he probably got those plates from a complete 32x box! Probably was a sealed one too. But i guess, more money in selling the parts separately. I wont be buying from the seller out of principle.
Do you think the discount games also sells the games in separate parts? They do auction complete games, but they also just sell the manuals. They were really annoying as they sent me stuff in really bad condition, but at least they replaced with better condition manuals and boxes when I complained.
I remember a while back when I was still in the market for Gunstar Heroes a lot of sellers were doing this. Selling the cart and the manual and the box all in seperate auctions.
I've bought something from him. I didn't know he was doing this, as I havn't looked at all of his auctions collectively. He is one of several "big" genesis sellers on eBay.
In general most of the stuff being sold on ebay is crooked. Its all overpriced and they always turn a profit on shipping.
If we really want to suddenly bid 1 cent on all of his best offer auctions, i'd consider helping for that prank. However, we'd probably get stuck buying some of them once he figured out what we were doing :P
