Mine is either my Sega Dreamcast Kiosk(love this thing) only paid 50 for it and I sold my standard dc for 40 when I got it so actually only cost me 10.
Or its my complete copy of James Buster Douglas Knockout Boxing for the SMS, got lucky and found this for 40 at a value village.

Probably my Canadian Sega Master System, CIB and has Hang-On / Safari Hunt built in, but a trade is pending on that thing.
I don't really have any rare Sega games other than that, unless Pier Solar (reprint, contest stickers) counts.
I don't know that I have any super rare games... I guess PDS counts? I have Shining Force III, Shining Force CD, all of the Shining Games on Saturn, Saturn Bomberman, etc. Those are pretty pricey...
My most treasured game though is probably my CIB mint copy of Phantasy Star IV.... its the only game I keep in a sealed plastic case until I want to play it again.
For a peripheral it has to be my Battlestation II Dual arcade stick controller. Thing is money....

Dunno how "rare" they are nowadays but I do own a boxed Sega SG-1000 II, Sega Mark III, and a JP Master System with that FM sound chip.
No really expensive/rare games for the Master System.
Nothing at all rare/expensive for the Game Gear. Ditto with the Genesis. No rare games either. Hardware wise (although they're hardly rare) I've got a couple Nomads.
For the Sega CD I guess I could say my XÉye and CDX. Although, again, these are not what you would call "rare".
Games wise probably I'd say Popful Mail and Snatcher.
Nothing much for the 32X. (At a stretch I might say Blackthorne?)

Maybe I could also say the Laseractive branded Genesis and TG16/PCE pads.
For the Saturn I'll probably say PDS and the PAL version of Deep Fear.
Nothing much in terms of rare or expensive for the Dreamcast.

I guess my Nomad and the official Nomad case are "rare".
I don't really care about rarity, so I don't care how rare any of my stuff really is.
I'm not concerned about how valuable any of my stuff is to other people, but it took me many years to track down a copy of Wonderboy for SG-1000. It also took many years to get a complete copy of the Mark III version of Miracle Warriors, which comes with a fabric color map and metal figurine.

My most expensive Sega game is either MUSHA or Snatcher, whichever is worth more at the moment.
My rarest Sega game is either Pitfall or World Series Baseball on the 32x.
likewise my rare items and most expensive are not the same thing.

most rare would probably be one of the Korean MSX conversion collections I have for the Master System.
Some of the Japanese Mark III/Master System guide books are certainly uncommon.
Most rare and expensive items I own could be the Sega Ages Vol.33 Fantasy Zone music box, or the Rez Tsutaya Perfect Intoxication Set ...depends on who's buying.
I don't have anything super rare, but I do have a complete Knuckles Chaotix. It even has the Sega Visions card.
