I'll admit I don't know much about electronics, but that PCB looks awfully sparse compared to the Everdrive-MD.
I'm flabbergasted that someone in China would rip off a piece of electronics.

I'll admit it: While it's kind of lame that they ripped off Kikkz's design, I'm curious whether this thing does the job. I don't have much discretionary money to speak of these days. Honestly, though, this is still kind of expensive for a knock-off. I'd feel better about getting the real thing - the thing is, I'd really rather have something shipped to me with a cart shell already on it, so we're talking even more money there.
Edit: I seem to have located a never-viewed video on youtube of somebody using this thing with a Nomad hooked up to a TV. The menus look identical to an older version of the everdrive.

Actually, the competition from China could be good for the overpriced flash cart marketplace. Go to any of the sites that sell these and notice how flash carts for any of the classic systems range from $90 to $150 a piece. Highly inflated, and I do not believe for a minute that the manufacturing costs on these things are that high. Most are being sold as naked boards and the buyer has to supply the cart casing. Price gouging is what it looks like to me.
