Does not bother me one single bit.
I didn't notice. I tried to use Google Calendar for a work project last month and it made me half insane though.
I hate it, seems like everyday they push their Google+ shit a bit further down my throat.
How to enjoy a Google+free Youtube life:
1.-Don't comment on any videos.
2.-If you've already been forced to join Google+, there is an option to get rid of it. Google calls it "downgrading your account".
3.- Sit back and relax.

Edit: It looks like they have changed it again to where you need a google account to even log in anymore. Well, that sucks. Does that mean I can't get into my homescreen with all of my subscriptions anymore?
Overall I like Google, I'd say Im pro-google in general. Yet this latest youtube transition sure has my eyebrow raised.
I can't stand them anymore. How could anyone really like Google? I wish they would just go away. Their search engine sucks these days and it's only function seems to be for buying things. Now they are obsessed with shoving crap peoples throats that is completely useless to anyone but Google.
Google keeps getting worse, I don't even know how G+ is nowadays (I have an account), but I stopped using it when google decided that wasting 80% of a FULL HD screen with the cover image was a good idea. They keep changing shit for the sake of changing shit, all the while increasing the invasions of privacy and advertisements.
Google isn't smart.
When Google converted Youtube comments into Google+ comments, why didn't they put a char limit?
I see these massive ASCII arts of middle fingers, wangs, nazi symbols.
Just because you have an account doesn't mean you have to use it. So what I have a Google+ account? Its tied to Youtube and to my cell phone. I never use it! To me its the equivalent to that Voltron webring I signed up for in 1998.
As a content creator on YouTube it has it's problem.
1. Replying to hundreds of videos just got more difficult.
2. Sometimes you can't even reply to people on your own video.
3. There's no way to not use Google+ but continue using YouTube.
I like Google and even know I dont connect my G+ page to my youtube account. They keep trying to force me to create another G+ page just for my standalone youtube account. Uh its annoying because every other login it seems I get the prompt to get them to create it for me. As you cancel it they tell you we will ask later. Have not been a fan of google lately
There are two YouTube "updates" that truly dissapointed me.
The first one was when the stastistic of video stoped showing how the video was found. Always was interesting to see if most views came to video by people searching for whatever unrelated combination of words, or if the video was linked to another site or forum.
The second, this one, made comment section messy as hell, with worst aspect being spam, like whatever huge ASCII pictures, Bob taking over the world and walls-of-ero-stories.
It's all only going downhill so far.
Youtube is going down.. Soon we will share talks by the fire about what videos we used to watch back when Youtube was still around.
And I'll make a shitload of cash selling those Miss Hannah Minx collection dvd's!!!

It's funny because no one likes this Google+ update. People are making videos talking shit about it, there's petitions, this stupid Bob thing spammed in video comments, etc. It seems almost unanimous that everyone hates Google+, yet Google is forcing it on everyone still. They've forced their shitty updates on us time and time again and there's nothing you can do to stop it. You may as well just get Google+ and get it over with. You eventually won't have a choice.
YouTube seriously needs some competition! If a restaurant like say McDonalds decided that from now on they would use rotting dead rats on all their burgers instead beef, and there was no way around that, then you'd take your business elsewhere and go to a different fast food restaurant. But where does one go when Youtube sucks? There's Blip, but that website is lacking in so many ways it has a long way to go. I also found the UploadSociety some time ago which actually tries very hard to copy the good aspects of Youtube. The website looks great, it just severally lacks the traffic.
I don't know when someone will step up and make some REAL competition for Youtube, but I'm sure plenty of people will be ready to leave when it does happen.
Oh and I guess I should say, in before someone says McDonalds burgers already taste like dead rats. You missed the point if that's what comes to mind.
They've created quite a clusterfuck. I can't even open youtube on my iphone, without using its web-browser to go to google+. What's funny, is that it notes that I have the youtube app on my phone. :daze:

I hate it so much. The comments are all fucked up now, you have to bring up another page to figure out who's replying to what, there's a ton of pointless blank comments every time someone shares it, the notifications disappear after you read them, now I've got this useless page named after my "channel" that I'm never going to use for anything.
You guys thinking of jumping ship from Youtube? where you gonna go? exactly.
