Sega Rally...Plus?

I think that's the only difference... the Netlink capability. I'm not sure if that came with the Netlink or the Saturn or what the deal is. It must have come with something otherwise it would be in the normal GIANT case.

Not sure if it is rare or not. It might be worth something if you can direct-dial other Netlink players (who also need a copy of the game) to play online.

It is not rare, and it is useless. A good thing to not buy.

Actually, the Netlink version is the better version, since the original USA version was rushed to the market and the Netlink version is based on the JPN version which was more polished graphically (similar to Sonic 1 on Genesis and MegaDrive).

He might not be. IIRC Sega Rally was released in the states before any other region, and it wasn't quite complete. It was finished off before being released elsewhere, don't think there were an awful lot of differences though.
