I said it before here, but I wish krikzz made this next. I mean he did a GG ED so. Me and some friends were discussing it and we would pay $99 each for it and we are 10 people so that's $1,000 right off the bat for him. What do you guys think? I contacted him and Chilly about it, but idk if krikzz is interested in it. He views and sometimes post on this site so I hope he sees this.
A Lynx everdrive, plus the gadget being worked on to connect the Lynx to a tv/monitor would really make my day. At least the tv gadget should become a reality later this year, hopefully, the everdrive will too!
So count me in Vector, now you have 11 people ;)!

I'm sure a Lynx ED would sell less than maybe a GG ED, so $99 is understandable but there is definitely a demand for Lynx ED. But I'm guessing a GB ED would sell like hot cakes and might be next portable ED, yeah but a Lynx ED next would be great.

There are some pretty cool homebrews been worked on for the Lynx that have threads on that Lynx forum too, be sure to check them out!

I think certain elements wish to maintain the extreme prices for much of the Atari equipment and software. BSG can run $500+ on eBay. Even crappy carts sell loose for $20 to $40 where a similar game on most other consoles would probably not exceed $5. Decent games run from $70 to $120 easily.Quote:

Another user Flavor began working on a true multi-flash cart, but hasn't done much more. Unfortunately he seems to move onto other projects instead.

As for Krikzz, I don't think he's interested in ANY Atari consoles. Part of the reason might be that he's never seen one in person!
I chatted with Krikkz before buying my Skunkboard. He said that he would never be able to import a Jaguar and would rather focus on systems with enough userbase to justify the expense. I would REALLY go for a Lynx Flash cart if it was priced like an Everdrive.
Can't argue with the logic. Every system he has supported thus far, including the new GB/GBC card, sold at least 10 million units worldwide. Lynx sold a half million, mostly in the US.Quote:
