I didn't like it at all. My friend dragged me to it last summer. It's just not my type of humor. The World's End, however, was awesome.
yeah i dont like that kind of humor either to be honest. But Hobgoblin is a good actor (forgot his real name)
I find it offensive when Jews make fun of Christianity. It's all over Hollywood, unfortunately.
Jews run hollywood what did you expect?
yeah i find it offensive too
I don't find it offensive (toughen up peeps), but I just don't find it funny. Maybe if I were still 13.
Sorry couldn't rep you pal. I just don't like contemporary Hollywood (toilet) humour at all. Gone are the days of the likes of John Candy and Mel Brooks, not to mention parody is all but dead outside of Youtube. Ditto for satire. And the sad thing is that this trend reflects the nature of people today, the shallow filthy pompous pricks.
And anyone who seriously makes the effort to go watch an Adam Sandler flick, end yourselves.

lets not turn this into a religion topic now plz
I saw the movie a while back, and while it had a couple of funny moments, over all it felt... forced. Like a comedian who pushes a joke too hard because he thought too much of his own joke. It made the film come off as, "See? Look at this Hollywood guy get saved or what's coming to him. It's funny, HA HA LAUGH DAMN IT!" It wasn't a bad premise, but the end result just didn't add up to much laughter for me.
Oh sorry, did I confuse you guys?
Let me be more specific: I hate religion.
Ahh, it's not really my cupp o' tea either. As for the movie, I thought was pretty entertaining.
It had some laughs. Danny McBride at his best.
