That's what I thought, unless Sega games are to show up in other company's presentations. I looked at the broadcast schedule and Sega is the second last event on the last day of E3!

According to the presentation schedule, the Sega part is on Day 3 (Day 4) starting at 3:40pm PST called SEGA Sonic BOOM! (SEGA) for a whopping 20 minutes.
The last one at 4:00 is Evolve Special Tournament (2K). Also this Evolve Special Tournament isn't the first time. It was also done yesterday and will be today as well. So for all intents and purposes, Sega could be seen as being last.
However it should be noted that there have been Sega mentions or showings already. Sonic was in the Smash Brothers presentations (yawn) and also the Bayonetta 2 and bundle one. Probably the strange thing about the Bayonetta 2 one is that the Nintendo and Sega logos were next to each other.
EDIT: I wanted to mention, as I'm not sure if it matters. The schedule I have is the broadcast schedule for Twitch's coverage of the event. There may well be more Sega things happening at E3 that they just aren't covering.
