This game has really cool scaling on cars IMO, and also polygons!, some cool rotation effects when you turn right/left too.

This game has the same engine, more polygons this time (damn impressive and fluid for a genesis polygonal game, the SNES version isn't near as impressive)

About Outlander...
The SNES version has only one but cool advantage : the use of L/R for shotguning when driving.
Other than that the Genesis version is overall better with smoother frame-rate; better music (great soundtrack BTW!) & also more music; etc...
The SNES version also sux balls gameplay-wise. It's overall a turd in comparison.
& same for F1 WCE where the gap is maybe even bigger!
Is there some kind of effect on Ryu's arms during the opening for SSFII?
No.
Oh.
Earth Worm Jim -Bonus stage- at 6:25.
In Dahna: Megami Tanjou
What is the effect on the background in the min 3:07?.
Zero Tolerance
The sega logo and the hole game I guess.
Street Racer wasn't added to the list?
The effect of the terrain count as tilting?
The wavy effect in Dahna is simple line scroll, the flames are a raster effect.
