Most likely not original there are tens of thousands of different composite cables in circulation for a variety of different things,could be from anything.
But, how many devices use a red plug/jack to denote mono audio? The NES does.Quote:

It is the original at least here in Belgium. My NES came with the exact same cable. I still use it to this day.
