First of all, sorry for not realizing it was meant for PAL exclusives. Was on my way back from work (ok that's no excuse)
At any rate,
PAL Lemmings's backgrounds start flashing when you get into a level, when set to 60hz. Music and gameplay don't go faster.
PAL Speedball2 (American speedball2 is a little bit inferior than EU or Japan, did you know?) works in ntsc 60hz. Both music and gameplay go faster than intended (pretty smooth actually).
Micromachines 2 works in ntsc 60hz, but the gameplay is faster (and thus very hard). Hard to notice since the music isn't.
Gah, I thought I had something to contribute with in the thread, turns out not really. Lemme see if I can scavenge something out..
Spirou gives an animated picture and says For use only on pal compatible system. It seems to work fine though when you switch to 60hz.
Not sure if you consider this worthy of adding, but it has a region lockout, so you wouldn't be able to play it on a ntsc system without modding.
I have an everdrive and a modded PAL Megadrive so I'm willing to test every europe exclusive when I have a bit more time(although I'm sure many other here have an everdrive and a modded MD, haha). I think this list by Seingalt seems pretty reliable.

There's actually a trick to get a PAL copy of Ecco II to run in 60hz; if you flick the switch from 50 to 60 just as the Tmss fades out, but before the Sega logo appears, the game will not roll the screen and you play the game just fine. Used to do all the time bitd.Quote:
