I'd like to know where are all those lame mentally ill fanboys which always have a theory about Sega being in great shape and preparing a triumphal return to the console hardware market. Nah! I don't want to know about them.

Sega needs more cashcows, they should make an annual franchise akin to Ass Creed or CoD. It's a sad reality but Sega can't keep in shape based on Steam sales alone.

Too bad Alien: Isolation sales aren't included, as they would obviously bump that into the positive.

Only a few titles manage to recoup development costs in such a short amount of time. Alien Isolation is no Call of Doody.

Sure, and I could be wrong, but won't the development costs already be included in the previous quarters' spendings? So if Sega makes $30 million from Alien: Isolation this month, that will bump them out of the red because it will all go into profit.

Not surprising that releasing nothing, while you still have to pay people's paychecks and keep the lights on at the office, results in a net loss. Where's all the games?

It would be so nice to go on SEGA-16 and see some good news about SEGA. Even the SEGA website has been sparse about updates.

Sega has become really irrelevant in the last few years. This way they can get vanished from the market pretty quickly.
