If you have scratched CD's then go to your local used video game store and have them resurface the discs. Probably will cost like $3 per disc.

Make sure the said store use a quality machine. A lot of them use crap machines that basically ruin the disc. The quality of the result between a professional station and a crap one is night and day. But these good machines can cost 3000$ and up so not all stores will have those.
To clean consoles I like to take them apart and shove the plastic parts ( that do not have paper stickers, like bottom part of a NES ) in the dishwasher.
If you don't want someone else to resurface your scratched discs you can always pick one of these up. These come very highly recommended.
