This game looks right up my alley, like a cross between Nights and Panzer Dragoon, being a Yuji Naka game its not surprising. Anyone else looking forward to this? I'll probably pick up the 3DS version as Atlus is localizing both that and the Wii U version (and supposedly one for the original Wii, which makes it a late bloomer).
I'm looking forward to it, if the wii u version includes the wii version disc as well then I'll probably get a copy once it's released. I don't have a wii u but having the wii version would be cool.

I think it's a great marketing move by NIS to release a Wii version and a WiiU version within the same packaging. The install base for the Wii is huge! If the game is any good, they may sell alot more units on this fact alone.
From what I read, it was just released in Japan on April 2nd but I've yet to come across a review of the game. Weird! :?

The character appears to use a lock on mechanic in order to traverse through the world (and attack enemies?). Konomi/Gaijin Etertainment's "Blades of Time" used a similar mechanic but in a more limited, specific way. It also appears you can toggle through various weapons or skills.
If you look up the game online, you'll find videos published back in 2011 featuring a trailer of the game. I think this game was originally planned for release on the Wii.
If you watched the video, you can see how the Wii remote and Nunchuck might work with the style of gameplay.
I didn't even know there were still Wii games being released. Pretty sweet this isn't just some shovelware title.
It makes me wonder whether we'll actually see a localization of "Earth Seeker" for the WiiU (and or the Wii?). :)
