Yes, very nice, but isn't that CRT too small?
Yeah that CRT is on the small size but so long as it's working well it will do the trick nicely. Your game room is looking pretty good. It's cool to see all those old and new consoles hooked up in one place.
But don't give up on that 36" beast. Find a way :)
What size is your gameroom, if you don't mind me asking Robotoscandance? Looks about the size of mine.
P.S.> I agree about the 36 incher. Maybe you can take it apart, bring it in like that? I moved in a couch and an arcade cab through an opening much like that.
I can fit the TV through the door to get it into the room, what I meant was that it doesn't fit anywhere in the room. it takes up too much space and there is a lot of wasted space because of it.
I'm not sure the exact size of the game room, I'd guess somewhere around 12x12
You could slide your tv stand either to the left or the right and put the 36 incher on the floor next to it. Or you could buy a small separate standalone tv stand for it. One of the ones that is only the width of a crt.
Or perhaps you could put the big 36 incher on your current tv stand and remove one or two of the consoles. You could place a smaller console on top of the tv, or get a small stand of some kind and put it next to the current stand, and put the 2 newest consoles on it. Just spitballing here. But they have those little shelves, and you could get one like a little cube and set it right next to your current stand.
Edit: something like this.

I would eventually like to have it in the room. It's still a work in progress, as I don't even have all my systems unpacked yet (my saturn is still in a box in the garage somewhere). One issue I have is finding a small enough stand that is strong enough to support it, as the thing weighs over 200 lbs. The current stand is not rated to support that much weight. I considered building my own stand for it, but I've got other home improvement projects I'm working on right now. The current CRT works well enough for the time being, so I'm not worried about it.
One day I'll have the 36 inch CRT set up and a 55 inch 4K TV on the wall, but for now, this works.
Nice neat and tidy setup there. I particularly like that the wires going to the wall mounted TV are obscured. Nice black furniture too.
I prefer a very clean set-up. That means only 1 console hooked up at a time:

I just noticed this smartphone takes really crappy, grainy pictures
I spy Pi!
Nice neat setup. If you had the space and / or inclination you could make several boxes on wheels containing individual consoles ith connections at the back for quick swapping.
Yes, you'd have to make alternative TV arrangements, or buy more!
