i've been diagnosed with something caused by my post traumatic stress, from my near death accident.
Bottom line, i'm deemed mentally unable to work anymore and now will be paid just to live out the rest of my days... Retired at age 27 not bad

I'm feeling I have the same thing, where do I apply?
So you're not going to Thailand to box any more then?
And here I thought I'd have to join the army to get such perks.
Well, I guess you can start getting some crazy Japanese consoles like the FM Towns Marty and jump in. Don't go crazy now!
Say what? I thought you were going to Thailand to battle Sagat?
RPGfanatic, I wouldn't throw in the towel just yet. Remember, one event should not break your psyche. At a minimum, I would consider "cognitive behavioral therapy". At a minimum, it could help relieve some of the stress you are feeling.
So what kind of accident is this? Do tell. *popcorn*. I love a good story.

Ultimately it's your life and you'll do what you want...but I'd at least give it a shot.
If I showed you the kind of severe social, mental and physical repercussions such a lifestyle will lead to as I've seen on some of my patients, you'd think long and hard before you step into such lifestyle.
I hope you're joking.
Well spoken and repped for truth.
It's hard to snap out of it when you have no incentive to do so. After all, if some schmuck is dumb enough to hand over money on a silver platter, why would you change?
