Well, it's not really a commerical release as the rom will be freely distributed online. The cart production is only being done for fun. And what to do when the copyright holder is MIA?
For fun, yes... with a price tag attached to it. Whether sold for profit or sold for cost, it's still selling a product which is not owned or even authorized by the copyright holder.Quote:

Thus, it falls to Zebbe to rally his countrymen to buy this game! :)
I'm trying to get my lazy friend to buy a copy. It will probably end up with me buying a copy for him, because he doesn't have internet or PayPal. And if he had internet and PayPal, I would have done it anyway because he's too lazy :P.
The website GamingTrend has posted a review of Beggar Prince. Thankfully, the author of the review, much unlike certain unnamed Swedish press, took the time to investigate comparable Megadrive titles before writing anything he'd regret later. :)

Finally got my copy today. I wish the post office made the smaller-sized shipping boxes like they used to. Anyway I didn't have much time to play it and won't until next week, but it runs through the 32X, it just doesn't save through it (of course). Obviously I had to try. Fortunately I've become quite adept at changing out the 32X for the Power Base Converter and switching the cables, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
Great! I hope you enjoy it.Quote:

Or, so the story goes. :)

I didn't want to ask for hints, but I'm really stuck - what do you do after clearing the temple and getting the Sun Stone? I've really got no idea.
Is there any info regarding the sales data of this game?
Above 500 copies is all I know. They made 600 in the first run.
I donīt think thereīs going to be a second run at all.
At least I never heard of the possibility to produce a second run from Super Fighter Team...
I have; I saw Brandon/Death Adder mention it on the Digitpress forums.
But really, could somebody help me out? I still don't know what to do after getting the sun stone in the desert temple.
