Banned from posting in a thread about my own game. That would definitely prove most inconvenient.
I hope that's an idle threat, because my tummy feels rumbly. :(

Wait, so you're telling me then that Pier Solar isn't the sequel to Beggar Prince?
just kidding
I forgot the word spiritual. Like Bleach on DS is the spiritual sequel to Yu Yu Hakusho: Makyo Toitsusen on Mega Drive.
I thought when I beat the game at the end of the credits it said Pier Solar coming soon.
I can't even imagine what CMA Death Adder will think of these comments.
It just shows how little respect certain members of the Pier Solar team have for me, my company and its customers, and how despite practically proclaiming their game to be the "second coming", they still need to ride off the coat tails of Beggar Prince's success.
I'm still glad to be here, trying my best to offer quality customer service, despite those who would try to derail those efforts.
I concur with Brandon, and I shall enforce that people interested in Pier Solar should post comments/questions on the corresponding thread.
Thanks everyone, let's create a peaceful MD dev scene!

Did I mention that I really want to see a release of Beneath the Clouds ?
In that case I am looking forward to whatever game you're going to publish next.
Just got my copy of Beggar Prince earlier this week - it's great to have an actual brand-new Megadrive title :D Haven't had much time to play it yet (just got the royal crown) but it seems awesome so far - congrats on all the hard work you guys put into this, can't wait to see what projects you've got in the works, and if it's another Megadrive title you can be sure that i'll be buying one :)
Oh, forgot to say, I got my copy yesterday. I started playing it today-- it's great! The battle system is a little different than I'm used to, but I'm adjusting to it. And it's awesome to know that the game hasn't had any previous owners unlike every other game I have :P
I have the first version of this, and I'm going to buy a copy of the new version as well I think.

I ordered a copy Today after i figured out it was still available through the forums here. before this I had no idea it was available still. Hopefully it arrives soon.
The game's availability status can always be checked from the front page of beggarprince.com, or you're always welcome to ask me about it directly. Currently, the status is "Beggar Prince is currently in stock and available for ordering!", and will remain so until we run out of stock.
Thanks for your orders, guys. I appreciate your interest and support.
No Problem Brandon. I look forward to getting my copy in the mail and playing it on my Genesis
Hi,
I just restared playing Beggar Prince. and I kinda forgot what I am supposed to do. I just finished the egyptian tomb and got the quicksand shoes. Where next?
Great! Kick some Cat Minister hiney!
My brief (but effective) "hint" can be found below; highlight the black-boxed text to read it.
After acquiring the quicksand shoes, the prince should head south to enter the mysterious mansion and fight his way through its deadly traps and tricky passageways to face the Vampire King. Whatever you do, don't go batty!
Brandon
I just got my copy in the mail yesterday and played it for a few hours last night and this morning and its a really awesome game
Ok that's where I went but the enemies are though. Dang, and I used up all my potons and stuff in the egyptian tomb
Personally, I enjoy the challenge of the tomb. I can't, however, say the same about the Primeval Forest.
Level up a bit by fighting the desert monsters. Once you're around level 14 or so, the mysterious mansion shouldn't pose such an intimidating threat - but if it does, you've still got healing magic (and the Conceal spell!) to fall back on.
I got my copy yesterday! Yeeey! Thank you Super Fighting Team!
But I heard that this was the third print? I thought it was the second, what is the second like? I've only seen two different boxes.
the second is exactly like the first.
Great! I hope you enjoy it very much. :)
The first and second production runs were identical. The second production run began to keep up with demand; calling it 'second run' was simply to distinguish that there were going to be more copies produced than initially stated (although our standpoint and official announcements always included that while we had set a definite number of copies for the first production run, that we would continue to produce additional copies of the game so long as sufficient demand existed).
For the third production run, we finally found a programmer who was able to properly reprogram the game's save routine (for universal compatibility across all Genesis / Megadrive / clone machines), and in turn a new product design was created for this release.
Aargh,Ive been stuck in the vampire palace for a week now can anybody help me?
You can see I am an STG boy and not a rpgman
The Mansion? I was also there quite some time. Until I mashed the buttons in the middle of "the final wall", then it moved and the problem was solved.
Thanks for te tips guys
