Man you must be pretty dumb for playing on a console that you hate that much, why bother? I mean pretty much every multi-platform game is available on PS3 and the 360, just stick to the 360 version if you hate the PS3 and its controllers THAT MUCH .. GEEZ. But Hay Ho glad you a feeling better. Maybe you can do us a favor and STFU now. Thanks ;)
I like comparing games (namely my fave games), I like playing online with other different players on different platforms for a change too (I also already maxed out everything on X-Box, and pretty close to maxed out on PC, on WiiU I still need to find an Ethernet>USB to prevent constant disconnections), and I like to inform others of my comparisons (knowledge is power). So why don't you kindly STFU instead. :)
Hey at least I asked nicely :)
If you are that bored go out and get a Wii, then you can whine and bitch about the controllers on that too. Better yet, go pick up an Atari Jaguar, I've heard the controllers on that are a doozy.
The controls on the Wii for Muramasa, A Boy and His Blob, Data East Arcade Classics, Ultimate Shooting Collection and many, many more are spot on. ;)
I don't get why people complain about those shitty Dpads on the consoles? Just get an arcade stick, which is a much better option for games that use digital input.
This isn't a fair evaluation. At the time, PS3 was the only choice worth considering. If you had a brand new high-end HDTV (like I did), you wanted to play Blu-Rays over HDMI, and the PS3 was the cheapest Blu-Ray player then. Unfortunately, MS decided Toshiba-backed HD-DVD was the better choice. Nor did they include HDMI until later. This partly explains the higher price tag, as does the backwards compatibility.
I admit that I prefer AAs over the rechargeable stuff, but my controllers are already 10 years old and still last enough for a day of gaming. I don't game without sleeping. That said, the batteries can be replaced anyway if you have at least one opposable thumb.
Also, the 360 hardware issues. However, my PS3 had to be sent in in 2009 for free repair because the drive failed.
The network stuff was ridiculous to me. Why would you give personal details to a video game service??! I knew it was only a matter of time. Just don't give out your SSN to anyone who asks.
PS2 was dropped because people like you complained that the console was too expensive.
Still not sure what's wrong with XMB and store. I've used it for 10 years now. I don't think it's ever "not worked."
I don't really have a dog in this fight, but the PS3 was a better choice IMO.
The controls on every Wii game is excellent if you use Dolphin.
Dude, you gonna actually contribute something to this thread besides just hate and blind fanboyism butthurt?
And I do complain about Wii shake n bake gimmicky controls. Who in their right mind doesn't? (And if you aren't in the right mind, that's fine, but the rest of us have a legitimate costumer complaint) Games like Donkey Kong Country Returns should of had the option to set the roll move to a button instead of forcing everyone to have to shake the controller everytime for a roll. When my brother and I first discovered that about DKC Returns, we had the biggest facepalm ever. In fact, we didn't even bother playing the game anymore. Not until the DS version came, and only reason we bought the DS version, so we could actually finally play the game.

Shitty is shitty. So stop defending shitty. Nothing wrong with pointing out shitty Sony D-Pads. If you guys all did that instead of blindly kissing Sony butt, they would of fixed it as soon as PS1 era for crying out loud. Why can't you guys see this is the reasons for legitimate costumer complaints since we pay actual money for this stuff? When everyone complained about Microsofts X360 D-Pad, they did after all put out the ultimate D-Pad to please all;

So what's wrong with demanding the same from Sony? Oh, I see, Sonyfanboy butthurt. :p
After the garbage with the PS3, Sony really needed to be brought down a peg. They were so full of themselves and the fans so blind & loyal, that they thought they could get away with anything. And they still have, sadly. Even repeating the exact same mistakes Sega pulled off with the Sega Saturn. And while Sony fanboys loved to hate on the Saturn and it's mistakes (and still do, even on this Sega forum), all of a sudden when Sony does the same thing and it's muti-platform games always falling short for exact same reasons (among many other reasons like online, interface, etc), Sonyfanboys turn a blind eye?
Jesus fucking christ seriously. I just can't, nope.
Whatever Thief is smoking, I want some.
I don't, PS3 was like a decade ago. Some of my friends still play though so I get to try stuff out.
Also how did you know that?!
