And I wouldn't fault you on that I try to do same when I do a restoration. And is just me or does the artwork on the bottom look like it's from Power Drift or maybe OutRunners?

top sign is broken , been too much on sun, for years , when you touch him little harder he crumble .... other parts of disply look nice need only cleaninig,,,,
Looks like it was sized for a Master System? Yeah that sign on top is in rough shape. I now see why you would not want to use an LED light strip, I could not see in the photo in your first post it was in the console compartment and do not know why but I was thinking the neon was in the sign on top out of view. Is that Lesley Nelson hanging off the top? Did the seller keep the red TV?
Edit: Okay yes it does look like it housed a Sega CD model 2 with Mega Drive one can this by the shape and the rounded right front of the neon and the where the spot where the controller cord ran out of the compartment.
Edit #2: Obiteljski Plan is Croatian or Serbian, in English is Family Plan a 1997 movie with Lesley Nelson.
Yeah it's a bit on the "rough" side but it's doable. You might want to contact someone in your area that can do fabrications of plastic parts like that. Chances are you'll want to carefully remove the parts remaining so the person who can remake the plastic pieces has an idea on what dimensions he'll be working with.
As far as the inside piece, It looks like it was made to hold a MegaDrive and a CD system the way it's curved but I could be wrong on that. The main thing about the television used in the display would be hard to find out what model was used. Have you looked all around the unit to see if you could find a serial # anywhere? That would be a huge starting point to gather more information on when and where this was made.
Edit: If this display was actually for a Master System originally then that's even more amazing. I've never seen a Master System kiosk before so you might have a rare *Although beat to shit* display unit.
yes it is original sticker hanging on side of display, i give away tv as that model don't have scart port and seller told me that he put that tv inside, it was Toshiba old TV and i will put inside this PVM dony top crt monitor, that plastic glass is easy to fix, i find here one guy who will probably fix neon light, but i don't know now what to do with that top sign, all broken parts is inside sign i'm thinking to fix that i'm open for suggestions
i will try to find someone who can fix plastic all broken parts is inside , problem si that sign don't have screws he is fixed and it will be hard to remove him but i will try to do that, i'm willing to send sign worldwide if someone can fix this
about tv i decide to buy SONY TV pvm monitor 20" top monitor for retro gaming
i dont know is this master system display, seller don't have any of master system games so i think it is for mega drive 2 , maybe cd + mega drive 2 , but i will investigate online , eaven i ask some guys who collect sega and no one see this one ever
It's in rough shape indeed, but that will make it so much sweeter when you do get it fixed!
Hope you find the right people to help you with getting the plastic fixed~:ok:
The cost in parts and labor restoring you can buy a new kiosk probably .
Like BonusKun said look for someone who can do plastic fabrications they should be able to make a mold than use maybe use a vacuum plastic forming machine to make a new one than I guess a sign company to make new SEGA letters by scanning the old ones to print on vinyl keep in mind they are sun faded.
i have all broken parts, i have guy who work with plastic he will back parts on place where they been before , then i will give all to friend who do car painting then he will back silver colour around SEGA letters and inside sign (sega letters will stay original) , only i'm not sure when i turn on neon light after i do that will i see that broken places we fix
The bottom part of plastic looks like a spot that was used to put original flyers into. From the coloring it looks like both the top and that bottom part were originally white in color. The Neon lights where the console used to sit I'm gonna hazard a guess and say it was originally blue in color.
Have you had no luck finding some sort of manfactuor's # or some kind of information? There has to have been something on it somewhere unless it was an old sticker that just wore off from years of neglect.
I have neon lights inside i have guy here who work with neon and he will know what colour is, i find 2 large neon lights inside display they probably shine under this broken glass oOOO
also i remove top head 2 sides and SEGA part , and here is what i think , this SEGA part never been silver it just become yellowed from sun over the years and his original colour is transparent, now when he is broken we cant do anything,, best thing is to paint him in silver like side parts, but problem is that he is fixed in factory and it is almost impossible to remove only SEGA part from silver parts on sides, if i do that my friend will fix plastic and paint him in silver around blue SEGA letters, but problem is how to remove that SEGA part
ps
i never find manfactuors or see information about this one
Yeah it is a store display Sega or whomever made it did not find it necessary to give it a part number.
i must cary top sign to locksmith, he disassemble him, after that friend who work with plastic told me that is impossible to fix sign because sign is too much rotten from sun, so i bring sign to guy who work with plastic for boats and with some special boat plastic he will fix this, after that i will paint all to silver , he will never shine again, but he will be in one piece, if everything be fine at the end original sticker will stay on sign.
