That version is a bit on the slow side!!! It's like The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air meets Sonic CD. I can only guess Act 2 picks up the pace :)

I preordered the PC CE version as well. Had forgotten about it until I saw this thread was updated. I don't believe amazon has charged my account for it yet...hmm..need to check on that now that I'm thinking about it.
Oh wow. That special stage is beautiful. It's like a fully realized Knuckles' Chaotix bonus round mixed with some Sonic CD.
Love it.
This is the first Sonic game that i've been excited about since Generations, can't wait to play it in less than 2 weeks.
