Actually, it played exactly like the original Battlezone; but in VR. It is a true remake, if there ever was one.

Yeah, I agree. Those simple games do offer a ton of replay value.
Okay, so... who's got it? Who's getting it?
I got it at launch. 100% satisfied. Will be posting my review as soon as I get back home from our mini vacation:D.
Same here, can't wait to see an honest look at the thing from someone of whom we know isn't on the Sony payroll.
If its good I'll probably wait with buying it until I know for sure it supports Skyrim Remastered. (then again knowing Sony that one won't have mod support either and we can say byebye to that Oblivion remake for it)
I thought Happy Console Gamers first look a few days back was pretty good.

Then again, he's too much of a casual gamer these days. Why his best videos are about the past or chat about games he's played from the past. So yeah, Sci-Fi's more dedicated gamer impression should be more interesting.
I watched HCG's review last night. It was spot on. I think it's too early to give a thorough review of the system and games. I'm sure more will follow as time passes.
I will write my review very soon.
I wonder if there are any shops here in netherlands who have vr demo's really want to try it out
My idea for VR is more for educational purposes. Imagine going to historical sites like Auschwitz, Gettysburg, old Industrial Revolution factories, Victorian Era houses, Wild West towns and the VR helmet would show you what it would look like back in the day vs defacing historical sites or changing them from their original forms. The uses could be limitless in that regard.
My idea of VR is playing something like Shining the Holy Ark with a controller, but with VR I'm able to look around separately from my controls as I'm moving through a dungeon. That sounds like it would be very awesome.

^ Oh man, would I love to explore a world like that in VR. But no motion controls. Hate motion controls.
I've heard nothing but good stuff about the PSVR so far, but yeah I'll need a hands on before I am willing to plunk down the cash.
