Ranger X - Hidden Shower Girl

I just received my Genesis Component cable from HDRetrovision today and while trying out several games, I found myself playing Ranger-X when I noticed something I had never seen before!

Perhaps it's just me, but has anyone else spotted this?

On level 4 when scaling the building there are windows that if you look close enough reflect the skyline of the city around you (cool!), however some of the other windows emit light that you must shoot out in order to charge your energy.

Now typically when you shoot these specific windows, the inside is empty. Except this one:

And there is a girl inside taking a shower! :p

Like, I've played this game so many times! I have never seen this before! Has anyone else come across this? Haha, maybe I'm easily amused, but Ranger-X never ceases to impress me. I love this game so much.

What a cool little detail. Looks like she'd be at home in a 2600 game.

Nice find, but why is this in the Insert Coin section instead of Genesis Does?

You're right, even for 16bit it's quite subtle; it makes you wonder because of lower-end video qualities how many smaller details in games have probably gone unnoticed.

Because after four years, I still have no idea how to properly post a new thread... :? And it's funny you mention it, because as soon as I hit the add button I said to myself I probably did it wrong, bwahaha.

This reminds me of the bikini girl in Flicky who shakes her butt at you from the red window when you get a certain amount of consecutive perfect wins.

The real question is why in her bathroom of all places she doesn't have proper windows to stop you from peering in.
