NGPC carts are awesome.
Aside from the non-uniformity of them, big box PC games will always be some of my favorite things to display on a shelf. The size allows for some beautiful artwork and developers could fit all sorts of goodies in it. I know a few games I own come with posters,Ys Eternal came with a hard cover manual that's as big as a DVD case if I remember correctly, and Starsiege had a 200 page book on the lore of the series.
