But got some hits : OSH Park Genesis TMSS Remover DIP Package, Auto-switching Mega Drive / Genesis TMSS bypass mod, Is that you on ASSEMbler?, and this I just found funny anyone know how to remove the tmss from Genesis and this just a quick search.

i know about this picture but it is not clear, about 74Hc00 there is no numbers in picture so i can know just 14=VCC & 7=GND so where other pins numbers ?
For that you will need someone with more technical knowledge to take a look at this thread and respond.
Edit1: Looks like TmEE made this schematic maybe private message him to clarify?
Edit2: This schematic also might just be a proposed possibility to bypass TMSS. ?

If you cannot hook up power supply and choose the segments in the logic chips you're not gonna be able to perform the mod with success.
