I got my copy today! The packaging is very cool and the game and CD work perfectly in my X'Eye. Cheers.

I think my levels may be too low for the final battle:(
Most people seem to post their team is in the mid to upper 30s. The highest member of mine is level 28. I hope I don't have to grind out 7 or 8 levels just to beat the game.
Overall, this has been an awesome game.
Be impressive and great and defeat the final boss at these levels! You can do it if you really want!
It doesn't take very long to gain those levels, especially if you have the accessory which doubles experience points for the member who uses it. Just use it on a member until he/she gets fairly high and then switch it to another member. They'll all be up there before you know it. Just be sure there is an accessible Inn somewhere before you do this.
Umm I'm exploring the ancient ruins, within Ruin City.
I've gone through all of the floating platforms, and hit all the switches.
I keep coming to a switch that requires a key, but I see no keys anywhere...
Also, right before entering the portal to Ruin City, there is that chest that you can't reach. Do I need that chest and how can you reach it?
Thanks to whoever gives help!
The last switch you hit before the one that requires the key sends a floating platform behind a pillar. Step on that and you'll be taken to a treasure with the key.
You use Alina's Opening spell to open treasures you can't reach.
To all: 99% of all players get stuck at this spot. Chase the other platform to behind a wall or pillar.Quote:

When you press the button, two platforms come but one goes off screen. Chase it.
Pier Solar review (starting at 28:19)
First real hard critique I've seen of the game.
I really didn't like how he was all like:
"They did a mode 7 effect on the game, looks worse than the SNES"
I mean, come on...
That review sounded more like extreme nitpicking to me.
He barely mentions the great use of color, there's just an annotation on the corner of the screen, but really, why is there an annotation at all? It should be mentioned in the main review.
Yeah, he did a lot of nitpicking, and a lot things just cannot be done (like more enemies and magics/attacks - unless you drop backgrounds, cutscenes etc.) but since he isn't a programmer and/or developer himself I forgive him. He was being honest and got a few good points with his critique, and he gave the game a good score after all.
