There is no reason for Genesis emulation to not be perfect on any smartphone, no matter how old or crappy it is. Especially in freaking 2017. I could emulate the most demanding Genesis games perfectly 15 years ago on my old Pentium 3 ffs (and even that was an overkill for genesis emulation).
And yet here is Sega, bringing us Genesis emulation software than runs badly on iPhone 6 class devices. In 2017. It's like nobody told to these people that emulation is a thing that exists for decades now and this particular system has been perfectly emulated by hobbyists and companies for... decades now as well. Even Sega themselves have made decent emulation of the system in the past.
It's like they have no standards at all. Shitty Genesis emulation in 2017, even on powerful devices. It just rubs me the wrong way. Am i being unfair to Sega about this? Are my standards too high maybe?
