I don't think it's as bad as what Nintendo fans are doing right now with SNES Classic mini at the moment

Sooo... Has anyone done a SNES Classic out of a NES Classic, or a NES Classic of a SNES Classic, yet? Not that I care about doing that sort of thing. Just curious if anyone's done that thus far. Considering they're basically the same board.
would you buy an MD mini and put its motherboard in a SMS mini case and flash the OS in ordermake it like the one from the "real" SMS mini?
I was thinking more like a soft mod. Seeing how the mods for the SNES and NES classics are both reversible back to factory settings.

Just found out about this from a friend. 'Wanted to share it with anyone who hasn't gotten one yet.
I wish I could find a good, non-fanboy comparison between the SNES Classic emulation quality versus the actual hardware. It's so tempting to just sell my SD2SNES and system to get one of these. I've been forcing myself to play the system more -- going through Link to the Past and GunForce now -- but it still feels so empty without SuperFX support.
I take it you must be the only one who didn't see the digital foundry video on SNES classic.

Also had some one load Legends on it and it doesn't play any music (maybe sound FX too) just like ZSNES. Only SNES9X plays Legend with sound from what I've tried.
I still have not found a Snes Classic because of the local scalpers, talk about infuriating.
I'm surprised that Game Sack hasn't done even a mini review of either of those classic systems, considering their popularity. They did two episodes of that Neo Geo console.
Game Shack don't like popular. They're hip.
I'd imagine that's part of it. Everyone and their grandmothers are writing or talking about the Nintendo consoles. Why go through the effort to get lost in that noise? I like Game Sack because it feels like a legitimate show given how well it's produced. It's not like so many other YouTube shows where's it's more like, "Um, here's this new thing I just bought, and, um, let's see what it looks like. Oh, so that's what it looks like. OK..." Of course, that'd be suitable for their Instagram account. He's got to run out of old drawings at some point, right?
IIRC when Game Sack reviewed the Analogue NT and Retro AVS, they were given the systems for review purposes. Nintendo ain't giving them an SNES Classic.
Got my 3rd snes from bestbuy.ca at 6pm today. I'm getting them for my friends.
