status of undumped games ?

So is there any hope for a dump of:

Outback Joey
Flintstones, The - The movie (Ocean) (Sega Channel)
Klondike (Sega Channel)
Gotron (Sega Channel)
Garfield: The Lost Levels (Sega Channel)
Chessmaster (Sega Channel)
World Series Baseball '96 LE (Sega Channel)

Also I'm in possesion of some undumped RETAIL licensed games (two Codemaster's 2-in-1, Mega games 10 Asian PAL version, etc.). Is there any interest in those dumps? I don't have a dumper, I was considering acquiring Krikzz's but I'm afraid it won't work with Codemaster's method (reset to switch) and in the end I guess they will be the same rom as the retail standalone games (though there could be surprises). No, I don't have a Mega CD nor a parallel port.

The Sega Channel ones depend on we being lucky to run into disks that contained the ROMs to be broadcasted.

Is the Asian version of Mega Games 10 Really undumped? I have it at home as well as a rom dumper, if that is the case I will dump it for y'all.
But I really think they are all the same Mega Games 10.

Would love to get a ROM of Outback Joey to poke around and see how the heartbeat trainer is implemented as a regular controller. But it's such a rare game that I feel that the ROM will probably never appear since people are afraid of repros popping up.

No I'm pretty sure someone will dump the ROM one of these days. Not everyone is as moronic or selfish to hoard a piece of software/code from the community. And even if that is their position today, time has a way of softening that position.

Never say never xelement5x! Maybe you or I will be lucky enough to come across the cartridge one of these days ... and if that day happens, I won't hesitate to dump it the very next day!

With the return of hidden-palace I had high hopes for a flintstones rom release but it got pretty quiet around that place lately.

That said, I know many collectors are terrified of letting their stuff out in the wild out of fear that they will lose the money spent on it (whether or not that makes sense is up to debate), so that alone may result in things being hoarded. But we'll see, a lot of dumped protos were originally like that as well (and probably the reason why we need to constantly buy the cartridges from random collectors).

I'm pretty sure the Heartbeat Trainer uses the original 9 pin D-SUB connector but I'm not positive. There was a video of I believe Mr. Mark or his brother testing their copy out on a stock Genesis to show that it should be considered part of the Genesis full set checklist since it runs on stock hardware.

From my recollection, when Outback Joey was sold it was bundled with a bunch of crap including its own special Heart Beat Genesis. It's unplayable without the heartbeat trainer as far as I know though, which is one reason I debate whether it should be included. But if you go down that slope then in theory you could drop the Menacer 6-in-1 as well, which is one of the most common carts out there. ;)

Most peripherals connect through the controller port (mouse, lightgun, Activator, analog joystick, etc.), but the protocols are completely different for each of them and pretty much the only one resembling the original controller is the 6-button one (and maybe the EA multitap for the first player, assuming it's set to show the first controller by default?).

Oh I see what you're saying now. I kind of phrased it weirdly there, my mistake. You're right though, I doubt it is using the protocol for a regular controller but it would be interesting to see what the ROM is looking for in terms of input as the game is played.

The Brazilian version of Maui Mallard, which is the same of the Sega Channel one, is still undumped.
I considered myself to purchase one and do the job, but it was just when people over here discovered it was never released in cart form in the USA, so the prices changed from very cheap to insane in a short time and I gave up.
