Most games went essentially unmodified between 60Hz and 50Hz (the main reason why so many games feel slower in PAL), and I really doubt this one would be any different. There are a few games that only work properly in 50Hz though (the Rise of the Robots intro only works fine in PAL, for example).

Hey, thanks for that -- I've added it to the list of PAL/50Hz exclusives that malfunction when played at 60Hz:

If I'm remembering right, his prototype of The Flintstones movie game wasn't the final release which was put on the Sega Channel but an earlier build, as drx claimed it lacked sound and (maybe) it wasn't complete. But still, it would be better than nothing.
