I realized after my last post that in SFII Turbo, "Perfect" is likely shortened less than the other samples because it is used after the music is turned off. "You/Win/Lose" are also likely only reduced to 2/3 speed instead of 2/5 speed.
My SFII' arcade boards do not double up voices. "Hadoukens" cancel each other out. I guess TA has some unique revisions.
I guess he'll say this is also "poor emulation":

The guy should be ashamed to even post in this thread.

TA is correct about it being emulation as the uploader states it's "Mame"
I didn't listen to the full video (and the channel is mostly focused on arcade stuff with some real hardware footage), so, sorry for that. But the other video and the whole point is still the same.
And I still don't know why he's arguing that.
He thinks he's correct,no amount of evidence will change that.Ever had a conversation with someone that believes their opinion is fact even though all the evidence in the world is the exact opposite. You can't reason or try to explain facts with those type of people, they decided their opinion is FACT and everyone else is incorrect.
Maybe you should should have played the game via Emu on the XBox, or the Street fighter collections on the PS or Saturn and hear no such issues, and most said the Capcom gen collection was meant to be Arcade perfect. I wonder if it be there in the 30th anniversary?
I thought that you only play "real" games on "real" hardware and anyone who doesn't isn't allowed to comment in threads?
If those emulated collections are doing things wrong, then those are the versions with "issues".
I don't think that anyone has ever suggested that the dodgy Saturn/Playstation ports are arcade perfect. If I remember correctly, even some of the parallax is different. They were just the best we had on consoles 20 years ago.
market preseance was meant to be the reason noone in the USA had heard of the Master System. Looking over the New Geo Pocket, how much Market Preseance did the 3DO have in the USA, it was even outsold by the Master system in the USA, guess no-one in the USA had ever heard of the 3DO then or the Neo Geo Pocket or even the Neo Geo it's self given it was horriblly outsold by the Mega Drive and also had little 3rd party support.
