You really need to check your hubris. Why on earth would you expect your anecdotal evidence to shake his convictions, Mr Random Guy On The Internet? And considering that you basically forced your story on him, I think he was actually very polite with how he rejected it.
New members are generally much better behaved than you’ve been in the month that you’ve been posting here.
What have I done in the past month aside from this topic? No one has raised an issue with me until you just now. Only thing I can think of was one person in the app topic who mistook me for someone else and we settled that within a couple posts. Why would his shake mine who is also Mr. Random to me and he should not try and dispute what actually happened You can believe different but you cannot dispute actual events and tell me my experience is wrong. Aside from you two, I would like to hear from everyone else everything I have seemingly done wrong since joining? Everything seemed to be going pretty well but you seem to speak for everyone so I'd like to hear what everyone has to say in all honesty. I'm serious as not playing victim but I cannot stress how socially blind I am due to mental issues so I'd like feedback to help improve. I can't improve what I don't know is wrong. I'd be willing to give you that post against Mega but outside of that I honestly don't know. Not received any negative rep outside of the aforementioned misunderstanding in the app post. So people will have to tell me if there is an issue.
EDIT PM sent to Mega of own will
Can't judge Christianity based on the actions of the church. Back in the day Vatican doctrines claimed that you needed Rome for salvation are contradicted by the bible, among other things as war & persecution. As a result the papacy forbade bibles to be placed in the hands of the common person. If you were caught with a bible you were burnt with it tied around your neck.

Just have to read the bible to find out the teachings of the church are not the teachings of the bible. You'll also find barely any follow the true teachings of the bible.
So no thoughts on how we got here?
Having a belief in an afterlife does not equate to being religious at all. I'm not religious in the slightest yet I firmly believe that death is not the end. The idea that this is it, that our lives, experiences, loves, memories and passions don't amount to a hill of beans in the grand scheme of things and that we go out with all the meaning of a broken lightbulb is indeed depressing. Luckily, however, it's not true.
I was once put into a sleeper hold (pretty much cuts off oxygen and blood flow to the brain) by a jackass I knew in Junior High. He was on a higher set of seats behind me and slipped it on me. I immediately felt myself leave my body and was floating above the room. I immediately returned to my body when he let go of the hold. I was pretty freaked out by the event.
My mother told me that she had been visited by my grandmother (her mom), and that she told my mother that she was going to die soon and to prepare. I responded to what my mother had said with, it was just a bad dream. Several months later my mother was diagnosed with cervical cancer, had the cancer removed, but it came back even stronger. She had another operation to have that removed, but it had moved into her hip bone and couldn't be entirely removed. A month after that operation, I was awoken in the middle of the night by some kind of spirit. I saw some kind of golden glowing object made up of sparkling particles. It told me that everything would be alright, and to the best of my memory (I'd felt like it was a dream) it told me that it was an angel. The next day I got a call from my family to tell me that my mother had collapsed and that the cancer had moved into her spine. I flew home and we pretty much had to keep her knocked out, under morphine and deprived of water until she died.
I grew up in a Catholic household, and even though I had that upbringing, I've always felt that religion was a lie, because there have and always will be different religious factions going against each other. There's too much evidence on our own world that suggests Gods are used as a means to sway and control people, more than appeal to a divine being.
I will most likely get some kind of ridicule for this, but members of my family have a history of being able to see events in the future. My eldest sister would tell my parents about things (when she was really young) like my Grandmother (dad's side with the ability) was hurt. My dad talked to his mother several days later, and she told him that she had burned her arm really bad when reaching in the oven. There were several other events and then my sister sort of stopped seeing those things. I, on the other hand, have had this sort of thing throughout my entire life. Most of the events have been nothing spectacular (the car running me over was avoided though), but when the moment happens, I can start piecing together what is about to happen next. My most recent one was several months ago. I recognized the event was about to unfold, as soon as I walked behind the front counter. My dream was about a girl cutting onions and I asked her if doing that made her cry. I decided to not ask her about the onions, and to my surprise, she asked me if the onions brought tears to my eyes, and that is when I asked her if they made her cry.
I've read enough to realize that it had a lot of content that contradicted itself.
