Best twin-stick shooter ever made bar none.
Matterfall. Great game also from Housemarque. Side-scrolling platforming puzzle shooter.
Assault Suit Leynos. True SEGA fans know this as Target Earth on Genesis and the sequels like Cybernator on SNES or Assault Suit Leynos 2 on Saturn. The PS4 remake is divine.
Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen. How does one of the best RPGs last gen get ignored every time? PS4/Xbox/PC
Raiden V Director Cut. I will admit it's not as good as Raiden IV nor is the OST but it's still a great game to play on PS4.
The Wonderful 101. This should not be on Wii U. Great game stuck on a dismal failure of a console. This could be one of Platinums best games. You do not need the touchscreen. You can play with a regular controller. This needs a Switch port. So much charm.
Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE/Digimon Cyber Sleuth Games. These are great even if you hate or don't care about Digimon or in TMS case Fire Emblem or Idol culture. They have a very SMTXPersona vibe. Charmiong and great RPGs. Not saying they are up to the quality of SMT or Persona but they are a good substitute. Wii U and PS4.
Astebreed. I don't know if this sold well or not but It's an amazing crossbreed of Shmup and a Hack N Slash. It's short but very replayable.
Ghost Blade HD. This game is kinda like Dodonpachi. It's not easy. Very good OST.
Project Nimbus Code Mirai. It's Zone of the Enders 3 on PS4 and PC. What more can I say? It's a damn fun game.
Abzu. It's Journey but underwater. Very soothing and pretty game. PS4
_Icey_ This game is sorta like Nier Automata in tone but mixes it with The Stanley Parable. very short game but a game you replay several times to defy the narrator or explore somewhere. Weird stuff happens. If you just lay it straight it's a really good 2D Action game. PS4/NSW/PC
Isn't it great I can make a list like this and not have to put Nier or Yakuza on it? They sold well. Hopefully, these games do better as well at some point.
