Slaughter Sport? I dunno that it's good but it's good for a laugh
There were two games based on Arnold Schwarzenegger movies, made by the same developer (BITS), which I think are both hilarious - mainly because of the music.
I can't make up my mind whether the SNES or MD version is funnier but to me the music of these two games always cracks me up.

^The music for Last Action Hero really is funny, especially combined with the game's reimagining of Arnie as a tight-assed gym teacher wearing what my friends used to call "shitkicker boots".
"Nyer-ni-nyer-ni-nyer-ni-nyer-ni-nyer, da-da da da da-da, dya, da-da daaa..." -- great, now you've got it stuck in my head.
Most of the genesis library
I actually really like Last Battle for some reason.
Being too lazy to actually look, has anyone ever done a hack for the game that restores/translates the dialog as the Fist of the North Star game it's supposed to be?
(English language version to be precise).
But Pit-fighter on Mega Drive is actually good.
Hard Drivin too especially since it's a very early release, like what, the second or third Mega Drive racing game to be released? So as such, to already got a full 3D racing game that early on, it's quite cool and impressive.
Now about the thread, maybe that shoot 'em up called Curse? I have to say that I didn't play a lot of bad Mega Drive games but that one was weird, both bad and addictive. The frame rate is a joke but the gameplay is quite fun. The graphics are sometimes awful sometimes good. Music is pretty neat. So ye, this one has my vote :)
I'd probably say Dick Vitale's "Awesome Baby" College Hoops. Ridiculous title. Wonky controls. Stuttery scaling graphics. Yet, there's a simplicity and speed to it that I enjoyed.
@Mega Drive Bowlsey: no no, the game is actually good seriously, that's how I feel anyway. It's rather technical and plays well. It's also super fun for good and bad reasons :D
Actually I wonder if the port is not better than the arcade original?
If we can pull in the Sega CD library; Night Trap?
I just watched these ones a bit:
Totally legit picks lol.
Awesome Possum seems like the platformer counterpart to Curse. Bad frame rate with some weird graphics, mostly awful actually (the face of that bee thing that you can ride xD). Also it's like the precursor to Bubsy 3D when it comes to digit speech use in a game.
And Slaughter Sport seems even worse... that "flame thrower" though xD
... then Bug Blasters! Absolutely hilarious stuff! But it's a bit cheating to pick among FMV games ^^
