Valkyria Chronicles 4-Series has returned to form.

VC series has had it rough for a while. 1 year ago I got Revolution on sale for $11 bucks new on PS4. I knew it was a spinoff and I like Dynasty Warriors-like games at times. It was poor at even that. I won't go into all that games problems but suffice to say it put a huge shitstain on the series name. It was esp bad seeing how 2 and 3 were stuck on PSP in Japan and all we got in the west was Revolution. PSP games I hear mixed reactions from fans. WHen it was clear we wer enot getting this series in the west I was hoping STEAM on 3DS would be Nintendo's VC game. Wow..that game is shockingly bad. So once agin seemed like we had nothing or even a substitute. (I find it kinda hilarious as well as Nintendo rips off SEGA for an SRPG series and fails but when SEGA answered Fire Emblem with Shining Force they excelled and IMO bested FE with SF3)

Well finally in 2018 we just got VC4 in the west and this is what we wanted again since 2008. Well ok I'm only a couple chapters in but man oh man is this game good so far. It seems to be on par as the first game.

Loving this game, such a shame ResetEra are jumping on the #Metoo movement. This game is simply wonderful and so well made. Been a long time since I could say this... But this game feels, looks, sounds and plays like a SEGA game. Its simply wonderful !
