Please help me figure out the name of this super rare game

I remember seeing this Saturn game, that was only released through a japanese game show or contest... it had driving or racing-like gameplay.. and it has NEVER been dumped so you cant find the ROM anywhere... its the rarest japanese saturn game AFAIK but most “rarest game lists” dont even mention it because nobody knows about it... CAN SOMEODY HELP ME i’m racking my fucking brain for the title of this game but i cant remember it and its pissing me off. Google isnt helping.
