I feel this way too about the Indie stuff. I'm really enjoying a lot of the smaller games we've been getting. Just recently I completed Momodora and while not earth shattering it is a cool and fun game. So for me, because of both Indie and AAA games I'm really loving my PS4.
I'm also enjoying collecting my fav Indie games on physical disc; that turned into a fun little extra that I wasn't expecting when I first got my PS4.
And I totally understand the appeal of PC gaming but for a long time now I've been enjoying the simplicity that consoles bring to couch gaming.
I recently picked up a boxed copy of Shantea for the Wii U. I haven’t played it yet. I also saw a copy of the Great Giana Sisters for the Wii U. I can’t recall what Game Stop I saw it at.
I’ve been sitting on Axiom Verge (PC) for quite awhile. I played about 15 minutes of it on my main PC. I stopped playing because I decided that I wanted to play it on the living room PC from the comfort of my couch.
Deal.
It was Blades and I that had that discussion and it was you that tried to stir shit up by being snide about me not owning the game on PC. Stop with the bullshit!
Seems others were. I was just correcting a factual error, but maybe I could have left it go
I've pretty much stayed on topic for once and just simply stated some facts, like how all modern 8th gen GFX cars support Direct X and how the XBox games Division enjoyed it best year ever, last year... with revenues of $10.35 billion dollars for the last financial year.
So XBox games divisions isn't doing quite as bad as some would make out and makes money off both the PC and console gamer. It's not been a bad gen for MS, been a rather brilliant one for SONY and IMO its been the best overall gaming gen in decades and I simply can't wait for Friday and Red Dead Redemption 2
Even have to say its been a rather good year and gen for SEGA Japan. Sega Japan been really good of late on the consoles with some AAA games, nice use of its classic range and has been on fire in the Arcades too. Only hope Sega World Drivers Championship will make it over, to join House of the Dead V. Its sort of nice, to be looking forward to SEGA stuff again :)
You derailed the thread when you took offense in me saying that since I have a gaming PC, owning an Xbox doesn’t make sense. I own the original Xbox, as well as two Xbox 360s, because those consoles offered games that either performed best, or were exclusive at the time. It’s not like I just decided that I didn’t like the Xbox brand anymore; it’s just that MS stopped making an effort to secure exclusives that I couldn’t play on another platform. End of story!
You did and cry foul like usual when the facts can't back you up. MS had a stunning year
Quote:
Quarterly gaming revenue up 44% to $2.738b, driven by Xbox Software/Services growth of 36%.
Gaming revenue during the past year totals $11.195b. Compare to $8.62b prior year.
Xbox Live Monthly Active Users increased to 57m. Was 53m last year
I can see TA restraining himself, but I can also see him having a voodoo doll of gamevet that gets a new needle every time PC/console gaming is discussed lol.

Let's just all relax to some Soviet pop.
Singer sounds stoned. I don't know what he is saying so it may as well be this.
