Here's hoping MS cash and Q&E menas we can get a Obsidian game with out so many bugs. Alpha Protocol had such promise and could have been a AAA killer, if not for the poor engine and tons of bugs. Hope MS cash will fix that issue. Also I hope MS aren't buying for the sake of it now, I think that's enough studios and rather see a focus on getting the likes of Yakuza Team working on the One X and some more stuff off From Software

That, and from what I've read most of the original Obsidian members aren't there anymore anyway. so it would be like wanting a new album of your favorite band but the only original member left is the bass player.
But.. if MS plays it smart they'll throw some money around and hire back original core members and pretty much force Bethesda to authorize New Vegas 2.

Or a New Vegas HD complete version, apparently a LOT of new vegas content was cut to make the deadline.

But it wont happen, because we're living in a world where Fallout 4 turned out to be an FPS and the next game became a lootbox mass online pew pew shooter where kids call each other cunt and blow up everything.

Didn't Bethesda say they were not hiring outside studios anymore for Fallout? That's why I mentioned I think they would have been a better fit for Obsidian as they would no longer be considered an outside studio.

Bethesda is about to drive the Fallout series into the ground with their online Fallout 76. The beta has been getting panned pretty hard by those that have played it.

Hopefully some good games come of this and we don't see M$ simply gut the companies for a quick buck.
