Was the game released? I pre-ordered a copy of Vixen 357 back in March but haven't heard an update, thanks.

If nothing happens in the coming months for the vixen remake, I will make the trailer I created back in 2015 public so that people catch a glimpse of what was in store.

come to an end." Owing to our shameful inability to fulfill our duties

of November 1st, 2019, Super Fighter Team has officially closed the
publishing arm of our company. Our legacy as a reliable publisher has
been forever tainted; we would not be able to continue knowing we let
our customers down on this occasion.

While we intend to continue our efforts to develop high-quality game
software, the production and publishing rights to any future commercial
titles will be licensed or sold outright to other firms.

In closing, I would like to restate how much we appreciate your interest
in, and support of our products. Many of you were dedicated to
supporting us from our founding date, ordering most if not all of the
games we released over the years. To those of you who own our past
products, we truly hope you enjoyed them to the fullest. Throughout the
years, my time at Super Fighter Team has given me the fantastic
opportunity to connect with, and personally meet, many wonderful people
from all over the world, creating fond memories that I cherish and will
never forget. That, to me, was always more important than any sales figures.

Please find a way to forgive us, and me, even if this unfortunate
incident has caused you to lose all faith in our company. It wasn't
supposed to turn out like this. But, sadly, the world we live in is far
from perfect. And as an old friend once told me, years ago, "Everyone
will disappoint you eventually." I just hoped it would never be us.

Who will now do Vixen 357?

I just emailed Brandon, Lets see if we can rescue this release.

Well that’s a shame, was quite looking forward to this. Hopefully another company can continue with the project and release it...

I can't say I completely understand shutting down a part of the company for missing a release date (it would make more sense to me if "the sudden and unavoidable loss of [their] manufacturing operations" was a permanent thing), but I respect and appreciate Super Fighter Team's transparency on the matter.

I'm disappointed this game won't be coming out, but I wish SFT the best of luck in their other endeavors!

Well... This was a sudden and rather unfortunate turn of events. At least they are trying to exit as a publisher with dignity.

I should note that the SFT newsletter landed in my spam folder, and I only noticed because I got a Paypal refund e-mail moments ago, in case anyone else had ordered the game and was blindsided by this.

Didn't another company buy out all their licenses? Same company that's just recently done 40 Winks on N64 and another on Genesis from memory (name escapes me at the moment).

You mean the one from comment #85? :P
