Wow, what a toughie. I think the first video game I ever remember playing was the Super Mario Brothers/Duck Hunt duo NES cart at my Mom's friends house when i was maybe 3. maybe 4. The first game I ever fell in love with was Sonic 2 and that was when i was 6 at my cousins house and the in store demos. I got the second Genesis model for my 7th birthday at the detest of my dad's wishes (oh, he wont pay any attention to his classes and he'll fail everything). None the less, it started off a vital part of my life and thats really when my gaming "history" began.
For me it was Contra on NES(FC), and I was almost 4. When I was 4, I beat it. SERIOUSLY !!!
When I was little I was given an Atari 800 computer with several games including Caverns of Mars, Rally Speedway, Star Raiders. So one of those may well have been the first game I ever played, I can't recall anything before that.
Wow! That's a difficult question. I used to play a fair few video games at friend's houses. Since my parents didn't believe in video games I did not get my own console until I was about 8. I would guess it was the old Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles (they changed the name from Ninja to Hero in the U.K. because it was believed the word ninja was too violent) game and I would have been 6.
The Coleco Telstar Arcade and I was too young to remember when I first played it.
I have no idea. I was playing arcade games at Chuck E. Cheese when I was too young to remember.
Almost certainly Combat for Atari, console-wise.
Coin-op: definitely Centipede (with my dad, I pushed the fire button while he moved the track ball)
Atari 2600: Defender
Age: 2
Level I died on: 4
Oh dear lord I can't remember. It was on the Amiga 500, I know that much. As to which one, I have no flaming clue, could have been any of them. :(
I think is was Ice Climber for the Entertainment System. I'm not sure though.
First game I remember playing? Donkey Kong 2600 when I was 2. I also remember Yars Revenge, ET, Defender, Berserk, and Missile command. Shortly after I played Buck Rodgers for the Adam (Which I absolutely Loved) and space invaders.
Nes? Kung Fu When I was 5 (1985 xmas I was in Chicago, one of the pre-release cities) followed by Gyromite and Duck Hunt. I played Mario Bros & Zelda in 87 for the first time.
I didn't get ahold of a Genny until MK1 came out. Snes I played at launch at a neighbors with SuperMario World and F Zero.
I've been gaming a long long time lol
The same as that, basically. Except I think I was probably younger when I got the Genesis and my dad didn't care.Quote:

I'm pretty sure it was Alex Kidd in Miracle World or some card game for SMS like Hang-On, Astro Warrio or Pit Pot. I was about 3 or 4.
atari 2600
space invaders or dig dug
i don t rember that good
not sure but maybe sonic 1 or 2 or maybe akimw or golden axe warrior,, really cant remember
Arcade: Either Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, or Donkey Kong junior. I really can't remember.
Console: SMB/Duck Hunt on the NES I got as a birthday gift.
Mine was Pac Man for the Atari 2600.
Try to picture a bunch of kids playing this during the whole day, completely hypnotized by the TV.
I used to play a rampage arcade machine in Panama when I was just a kid. I would think I was playing watching the demo, not knowing to put in coins or anything, my parents thought it was hilarious not knowing that I would later be consumed by videogames later on. Then theres some crazy ass games on DOS when I was just a sprout. I think my older brother bought them. Can't remember names to them. Oh yeah, then there was arachnophobia on the computer. Around 1989ish I was playing contra and Mike Tyson's punch out and a bunch of NES games, that all changed when Sonic came out for the Genesis. Those graphix blew my mind.
It was a weird tank game for the NES that started me off. I played two-player with my dad (this was when I was 5). He'd take his tank and prowl across the field and shoot everything and relegate me to guarding some eagle-like figure at the bottom center of the screen. The field is covered by bricks that can be shot to make room. Someone give me a name please! I once asked but I forgot again!
That game is Battle City... its one of my first games too
Gracias, my friend, Battle City it is.Quote:

Theres no way I could remember, I am certain it was something on the Commodore 64 though.

Defender on the Atari 2600, a very long time ago!
