Maybe the PJY Cartridge will have 1 or 2 remote controlers ports to play Project Y in 3 or 4 players mode (like the old Codemaster Cartridges) or maybe it has a link with CPS thing ^^

Nah, even better. It's got two controller ports on the cart to either enable four player on one TV. Or four player across four TVs by daisy chaining link cables across carts. ;)

Perhaps the cart will punch you in the balls and urinate on you whenever you lose, like I suggested early in the game's development. Or, whilst playing the game, the cart will actively attempt to poke you with a syringe. If it succeeds, you will subsequently be blindfolded, transported and harvested for parts on the black market which can be purchased through a secret back alley within the game.

This was my suggestion ;) I know a little about the cart architecture but not whether it has extra control ports!

I can however hint that there is something way more advanced than that :D

That makes me think... What would be the possibilities of putting a wifi radio in a cartridge? Might be pricey but being able to play online games on a Genesis might be possible.
